Order Cancellation: Allowed only if requested immediately after placing the order. Not guaranteed once shipping starts.

Non-Cancellable Items: Perishable goods (e.g., flowers, food), customized, or hazardous items.

Returns: Accepted within 3 days of delivery if the product is unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

Damaged or Wrong Items: Must be reported within 2 days of receiving the order.

Return Process: Email us at support@baikalcart.com We'll provide a return address and shipping label.

Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 days to your original payment method.
